To protect your confidentiality and maintain the integrity of our therapeutic relationship, I adhere to the following digital boundaries:

- Interaction in Public: If we happen to encounter each other in a digital space, I will not acknowledge our professional relationship to protect your privacy.
- No Direct Messaging (DM): Please do not use social media messaging (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to contact me. These platforms are not secure. All clinical or scheduling communication should go through Jane.app or my HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace email.

10. AI, Transcription, & Technology Disclosure
I am committed to the transparent and ethical use of technology:
- AI & Transcription: I may utilize HIPAA-compliant AI tools for clinical note-taking or administrative tasks. I do not use “public” AI tools that lack a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If a specific AI tool is used to record or transcribe our session for clinical accuracy, I will obtain your written informed consent prior to use.
- Bias Awareness: I am committed to monitoring the use of technology for algorithmic bias to ensure that AI tools do not negatively impact the systemic and culturally sensitive care you receive.
