Hi there! I’m Anna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Daylight Therapy Services, a virtual private practice dedicated to supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationships, major life transitions, and the quiet overwhelm that often lives beneath the surface.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale and be your full self. A space where you don’t have to hold everything together. My work is grounded in a relational and systemic approach, which means we look at your experiences within the context of your relationships, identity, history, and environment. I help you understand why certain patterns show up, not just how to manage them.
My clients are often high-functioning, hardworking individuals who appear put-together on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside. Many are navigating changes: moving to a new city, starting or finishing college, shifting careers, redefining relationships, or exploring who they want to be. My role as your therapist is to help you slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward a life that feels aligned and grounded.

Clients describe me as warm, humorous, and easy to talk to. I show up fully: curious, collaborative, and completely human. I blend evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, attachment work, and emotion-focused tools with a compassionate, culturally responsive lens.
In our work together, you can expect:
• A welcoming, judgment-free space
• Support that honors your identity, culture, and lived experiences
• Help untangling thought patterns that keep you anxious or stuck
• Guidance in navigating relationships and boundaries
• Emotional tools you can use outside of session
• Space for both personal reflection and action-oriented steps
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about building awareness, connection, and resilience so you can feel more like yourself again.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona University. I have worked in community mental health, group practices, and now in private practice. Over the years, I’ve supported adults, young adults, college students, and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I am licensed in:
• New York: #002128
• New Jersey: #37FI00238800
• Florida: #MT5048
I provide therapy exclusively through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, Jane, making it easy to access support wherever you are.
My professional training is only part of what shaped my approach. My own experiences with mental health inform how I show up as a therapist, with empathy, humility, and a genuine belief that people can heal with the right support. I’m committed to helping my clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.
I’m deeply committed to keeping my practice up to date. I consistently take continuing education courses on essential topics like managing anxiety and depression, improving relationships, and maintaining high ethical standards alongside strong cultural competency. I also listen to podcasts and attend supervision regularly. Currently, I am dedicating time to further training to gain deeper expertise in ADHD, OCD, and specialized treatment approaches for trauma.
